At Paraguay Citizen, your privacy is our priority. That’s why we use Proton Drive, a secure cloud storage service developed by the makers of ProtonMail, trusted by millions worldwide.

Proton Drive offers:

• - Swiss privacy protection – your data is covered by some of the world’s strongest privacy regulations.
• - Zero-access architecture – not even Proton can access your documents.

1. Open Your Personal Folder Shared via Secure Link

We’ll send you a unique Proton Drive folder link via email once your process begins.

Important: Always double-check that the invitation comes from our official Proton email address paraguaycitizencom@proton.me for security reasons!

2. Upload Your Documents

You can open the link and upload your documents without needing a Proton account. Simply drag and drop your files (e.g., passport scan, birth certificate). All data is encrypted automatically.

We’ll be notified when your upload is complete. We’ll review and contact you if anything is missing.

3. Data Retention

In line with our Privacy Policy, your files are deleted after your residency process is complete and your Paraguayan ID has been delivered.
