Terms of Service
1. Purpose of Service
We provide assistance in obtaining residency and citizenship in Paraguay. Our services are tailored to individual clients.
2. Process of Ordering and Delivering Services
Clients can contact us through the contact information provided on our website, including email and WhatsApp. Communication and delivery of service results will occur via email or WhatsApp based on the client’s preferences.
To process a client’s request for residency or citizenship, certain documents are required, including a birth certificate, a criminal record extract, and in some cases, additional documents necessary for the application process.
3. Payment Terms
We ensure maximum client security by using the escrow service platform, escrow.com. Payments can be made using the methods supported by this platform.
Once the client confirms their interest in our service and instructs us to proceed with the application process, payments will occur as follows:
- The client deposits 100% of the service fee into escrow on escrow.com.
- Payments to our partner handling the residency/citizenship process are released as follows:
- 20% upon preparation and submission of all required application documents, evidenced by scans sent to the client.
- 80% upon delivery of final documents confirming residency or citizenship (e.g., ID card and residency certificate).
All funds released from escrow are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation and Complaints
Clients may cancel their order at any time without providing a reason. However, any funds already released from escrow are non-refundable.
Complaints or disputes will be addressed promptly. Clients should contact us via email at paraguaycitizen@proton.me. We will work to resolve any issues in collaboration with the involved parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or failure in service if the client does not provide the required documents.
Guarantees:
- Fluent Spanish communication.
- Legal processes managed by Paraguayan lawyers.
- Accelerated processing of applications.
- Assistance in Paraguay, including transportation to government offices.
- Prepared documents and prioritized access to appointments for expedited service (potentially completed in one 2-3 day visit to Asunción).
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms. Clients will be notified of changes via email or through updates on our website.
